I am a pure vegetarian and we tried below: 1. Pav bhaji - their pav bhaji is quite nice. Their pav are not that fresh but also not stale. Their bhaji is good after adding a bit of lemon. 4/5 2. Mysore masala dosa - someone who has lived in Mysore, for me, it was okayish. 3/5 3. Paneer balti - this was nice but had to add a bit of salt. We ordered spicy and it was actually indian level spicy. It comes with basmati rice. 4/5 4. Garlic naan - it was good 5/5

The Chicken Pahadi Kebab was pretty good! Decent spices and flavor, nothing too crazy though since it was more of a standalone appetizer. The Chicken Andhra Curry was very good! Flavorful, rich, and very tasty! Highly recommend The Lamb Curry had a very flavorful curry base as well! The lamb was a little bit chewier than I would've preferred but still good! The overall vibe of the place is nice, modern, and moderately lit with warm ambience lighting! Would recommend giving this place a shot - a solid 8/10

Y'all, Sankalp Restaurant is THE SPOT for authentic Indian flavors 😋! They totally crushed it at our school's India culture festival, donating and delivering mouthwatering veggie cutlets, veggie biryani, and chicken biryani. Seriously, it was love at first bite! But don't just take our word for it - 110 of our staff members RAVED about the festival, saying it's the event and food they wait for every year! 😍 This is the third year Sankalp's sent food our way, and they're definitely earning major brownie points. If you're craving something flavorful and satisfying, look no further. Sankalp's food is a taste explosion that'll leave you wanting more. Plus, they're all about giving back to the community - major props! Don't wait - go try their food ASAP and thank me later 😉. Trust, you won't regret it!

I had heard mixed reviews about this restaurant but decided to give it a try since I enjoy Indian food. I ordered takeout and kept it simple — butter chicken, garlic naan, and spring rolls. When they handed me my bag, I was honestly surprised by the way the food was packaged. Presentation matters, and the packaging immediately gave a poor first impression. The spring rolls seemed like they came straight from the freezer section. They were fried nicely on the outside but mushy on the inside. The garlic naan was good, but the butter chicken was greasy and overall just average. Will I be back? Unfortunately, no. I'm big on presentation and quality, and the first impression just didn’t meet my expectations.

I recently visited Sankalp-Taste of India with my daughter, and it was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment our food arrived, we were impressed. Every dish was served so aesthetically ,beautifully presented and incredibly appetizing. The taste was absolutely amazing. Each item had the perfect blend of spices, salt, and authentic Indian flavors,it genuinely felt like enjoying food straight from India. Everything we ordered was delicious, but some dishes truly stood out for me. The panipuri was bursting with flavor, and the ice gola brought back such fun, nostalgic vibes. The crispy corn was perfectly crunchy and seasoned just right. The biryani was aromatic and rich, and the egg curry was on another level — incredibly yummy and full of flavor. And I can’t forget the mango mojito -it was an absolute hit and so refreshing! Overall, I highly recommend Sankalp – The Taste of India. It’s a perfect place to visit with family, enjoy authentic Indian delicacies, and have a memorable dining experience. We loved it and will definitely be visiting again!
